Laura Russo presents new work by Eric Stotik, this year's

*Jeff's additions below

It is officially Linda Hutchins month in Portland with her work appearing at the Lumber Room and Pulliam Gallery but it is her collaborative project (with Endi Bogue Hartigan) at 9 Gallery that has me most excited. At the Nine Linda will be drawing on the gallery walls throughout the month with silver thimbles on the fingers of both hands, scratching and stroking the walls to accumulate marks (something like this would have improved the otherwise nice Interior Margins show). Poems from a working manuscript of Hartigan's will be on display and changed out throughout the month at the entrance to the exhibit space.
Opening reception • 6pm-9pm • December 1

RACC's new conference room
Though complaining about RACC is the Portland Art Scene's favorite past time, they have improved a great deal. Now they have new offices, situated on the ground floor of the Park Blocks and want to invite you in to learn more about how they can help you achieve your artist goals. We hope their new HQ's will only spur on the Portland Metro area's main source of grants to new levels of engagement, relevancy and excellence.
