Chas Bowie is lecturing this Wednesday at PNCA on Northwest photography. In
Gloomy Skies Make Great Softboxes: Northwest Photography Now, Bowie "examines how northwest photographers are responding to the medium's ever-changing roles and artistic identities (and what, if anything, geography has to do with it)." Among the artists Bowie will be discussing are Portland's Holly Andres, Seattle's Isaac Layman, and Eugene's Andrew O'Brien.
